The Customer Portal is a platform on which you can create and view tickets. You will also find important knowledge articles to follow.

What does this mean for you?
The open and closed notifications will be transferred until June. The notifications will become visible in the BCS Customer Portal.
As of June 8, the Epowerhr Customer Portal will be closed and new notifications can no longer be created or old notifications can be viewed via this channel.

NB! It will only be possible to create a report via the BCS Customer Portal from June 10. Would you like to be able to consult the status and content of the tickets? To do this, create an account via this link.
We take the data security of your organization very seriously and therefore only communicate with registered contacts. After submitting a report, you may receive an email stating that you are not registered in our system. In that case, we ask you to contact us by telephone on +32 3 293 66 38. We will check whether you are known as a registered contact person or are registered with a different email address. If you are not yet registered in our system, we will help you with the correct information to do this immediately.
