You need admin access to the service tasks and to the general settings.
General
You have the following options:
The application can send an email once a day for all newly created boarding actions.
The application can send an email once a week with all to-do's still to be executed. So these are not only boarding to do's but also to do's from other modules.
Option 1 and 2 can both be provided.
