This article describes how to create an e-learning by using a SCORM package. In another article you can find the requirments for a SCORM package.
SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) is a standard format to create e-learning content which can be viewed by using an SCORM player.
To create e-learning content in SCORM format, you need an authoring tool like Articulate Storyline.
The result of this authoring process will be a ZIP file (referred to as SCORM package).

Prerequisites
To manage an e-learning, you need to have the rights to manage trainings and SCORM package.
- You must have access to the admin page of the software
- In the Admin section, you must have access to Training Catalogue and SCORM package
How to manage SCORM packages
To manage your SCORM packages, go to Admin - Training - SCORM package.
Click Add SCORM package.
In the following screen, you must upload a file by clicking on the button "Choose file".
During the upload, the software will validate the file and retrieve the SCORM version that is uploaded.
The "Title" field will automatically be filled in with the name of the file that you have uploaded. If required, you can change it.

| Require completed | If checked, the trainee must complete the e-learning until the final step. |

Fields with an * are mandatory.
Click Save SCORM.

Create an e-learning with a SCORM package
To register an e-learning, go to Admin - Training - Training catalogue.
Click Add training.
Check this article to create/edit a training. In the Detail page, you must select the SCORM package.
Click Save.
Add participants to the training session
To add participants to the "Waiting List" of the e-learning, you have to click on Training sessions - View all sessions. Check this article about training sessions.
Click Edit on the "Waiting List" record and go to Participants.
Here you can add participants at the bottom, one by one or multiple participants at the same time by using the Advanced search.
After the participants are added, you need to check their status and this has to be Subscribed.
In case the status is not Subscribed, you need to change the status of those participants.
Search and select participants for the training. When you have added participants, the training will be shown on their dashboard and on their Training homepage
The participants group(s) must have access rights to view the SCORM package and SCORM data.
You have to set the following access rights for the group Users.
