n this release we mainly focused on renewing training, improved follow-up of appraisal conversations for managers, and several optimizations for daily use. These are listed below. This release also includes various bug fixes.
General
- The overview pages that already have the renewed layout in the application (for example the training catalog, training sessions, training requests, hour schedules, talent reviews, boarding actions, ...) now remember their filters, sorting, search query and page when you return using the browser's "Back" button. Previously, the list would jump back to the first page with the default filters.
Personnel Administration
- The professional contact details page has been renewed with a more modern layout, consistent with the rest of the application. All existing data (phone, fax, mobile, email, location, work area, floor, reference numbers, user ID) is retained.
- Any additional reference numbers of a contact are now shown on a separate tab instead of on the contact card itself. Viewing, adding, editing and deleting works as before.
- Employees can now be given a staff classification (for example "HR employee" or "key function"). Administrators define the list of possible classifications themselves and can filter on it when building target groups.
Training
- Sessions that have already taken place are automatically marked as inactive after a preset period, so the list of active sessions stays clear. This period defaults to 30 days but can be adjusted in the settings.
- The training detail page on the admin side now shows all active sessions by default. Older or inactive sessions can also be made visible via a checkbox.
- In addition to managers, training coordinators can now also access the "Training History" and "Certificates" reports, limited to the employees they are responsible for.
- Training coordinators can filter by their own team when entering an informal training. Anyone who is both a manager and a training coordinator can choose whether the list is shown as manager, as training coordinator, as both, or for everyone.
- Anyone who clicks through to a session from the calendar now sees that session visually highlighted in the session list.
- "Group subscribe" is now also accessible from the "Sessions" tab, not just from "Details". These 3 options are shown as tabs at the top of the page. The "Details", "Sessions" and "Group subscribe" tabs on the training page remain visible at the top of the screen while scrolling.
- When a meeting room with an email address is linked to a date on a session, an Outlook invitation can now be sent to that room to reserve it — even if no participants have been added yet. This only works when using the Microsoft Graph integration for sending invitations.
Performance Management
- Managers get a new "Conversations overview" report showing all appraisal conversations of their team, filterable by cycle, start date and team.
