The release of v12.0 required a technical migration to continue to guarantee good support for our software.
In release v13.0 we have again developed a number of new features and improvements, which are listed below. There are also minor bug fixes and improvements in this release.
Personnel administration
- Added an extra section "side activities" to the personnel file, with the option to configure a document template and generate a document for digital signing.
Training
- Added a new module "shared certificates", so that companies can share a selection of certificates of certain employees with a link instead of downloading everything and sending it by e-mail to suppliers, customers, etc.
Expenses
- Added an extra filter field in the reports on the company of the employee contract, so that customers with multiple payroll providers can make a separation here.
Leave and absences
- On the approval page, the visualization of the "period" column has been adjusted. We will now show (no full days) behind the date period, when an employee has indicated half days or hours in a period of more than 1 day in a request.
- Export option of leave requests and calendar to Acerta added.
- Re-send an employee's monthly calendar if he would cancel a previously forwarded leave request.
