In this “minor” release, we have focused on expanding language support, improving expense report tracking for managers, enhancements to user group access management, and making minor optimizations. These are listed below. This release also includes various bug fixes.
General
- In addition to Dutch, French, and English, the application is now also available in German. This language can be added as an additional application language, and the labels will then appear in German. Content such as job titles, organizational unit names, job descriptions, competency dictionary, etc., will not be translated; users must do this themselves.
- The consistency of translations across the English, Dutch, and French interfaces has been improved throughout the application.
- Group management pages have been migrated to a new, improved layout for a more consistent experience across the application. Population filtering on user groups can now be configured per object, giving administrators more granular control over which data is visible to specific user groups.
Personnel administration
- Additional personal reference numbers can be uploaded in bulk via an upload feature using a service task.
Expenses
- Managers can now access an expense report, providing them with a clear overview of their team members’ expense claims.
API (GraphQL/OData)
- A new API call has been added to retrieve date presence details for training sessions.
- The API documentation has been extended with additional information.
