In November and December 2025, we added several minor features and enhancements to release v17 through two smaller interim releases. This release also contains minor bug fixes.
Personnel Administration
- We have added the ability to download employee data from the Nmbrs payroll system.
- The marital status "Single" is now also included in Acerta when downloading employee data.
- A service task allows you to download employee pay slips from the Salar payroll system.
Expenses
- An export function is available to export approved expense reports to the Salar payroll system.
Training
- The maximum file size for uploading SCORM packages has been adjusted to 1 GB.
Talent & Succession
- An overview has been added for administrators, allowing them to view all talent reviews for all employees. They can also change the status, edit the content of a talent review, add a new talent review, and delete a talent review. They can also do this in an employee's personnel file.
Leave & absences
- Under "General > Upload Data," we've added two new templates for uploading new leave counters (it's not possible to modify existing leave counters via the upload; this upload will only add new counters). We've also provided an upload for linking collective leave calendars to employees in bulk.
- When a compensation type is set to an attendance type, starting with this release, it's also possible to set the compensation percentage. For example, one overtime hour worked can then be compensated at 150% or 200% in a new leave counter for compensatory rest overtime.
- An export is available for exporting leave calendars to the Salar payroll system.
