In this release, we've added several enhancements to existing functionalities, which are listed below. This release also includes minor bug fixes.
We've also implemented some technical changes to ensure continued support for our software and improve the performance of various admin screens.
Populations
- The functionality for filtering employees visible to admin users has been expanded to include the following:
- Training > Training Requests
- Training > Training Sessions > "Participants" Tab
- Training > Informal Trainings
Organizational data
- The "Code" column has been added to the work schedules overview screen so you can search/filter by it.
Training
- The training catalog has two menu items: catalog and calendar. Previously, this was a "toggle" button on the catalog page; now, they have been split into separate pages.
- The "Days" column has been changed to "Hours" in the overview tables of the "To be scheduled," "Planned," and "History" pages.
Performance management
- The "Save" button will remain at the top if you need to scroll while completing the performance management document.
Leave & absences
- The planner role can be configured in the metadata so that this role can also approve/decline leave requests.
- In the configuration of the "leave request canceled" message, you can also add the "manager" role so that they also receive this message when the employee cancels their leave request.
- The "Team Calendar" menu item can now be configured via the group's access rights to make it visible or invisible to all employees in that group.
