In this release we have implemented a number of extensions to existing functionalities, these are listed below. Furthermore, there are also minor bug fixes in this release.
Populations
The functionality for filtering employees that are visible to an admin user has been expanded to the following items:
- General > Reports: only the report "Employee overview" is still visible and uses the population filter
- Personnel administration > Reports: the full exports are now also filtered by the population
- Training > Employee training files: the search result will be filtered by the population
- Training > Reports: the reports regarding the certificates are filtered by the population
Personnel administration
- We receive an additional file from Acerta, which we can now also process during the daily upload with employee data.
Organizational data
- The menu option "Organization roles" in the admin can be switched on or off with a new specific permission.
Job & competence profiler
- When changing the "training" field on a competence in the competence dictionary, there will now be an additional option to transfer participants who still have to obtain the competence on the waiting list to the new training course in an e-learning.
- New report "Competences by dictionary period" added so that a user has an overview of the competence dictionary with all competences and their categories.
Training
- The training catalog can be switched on or off with a new specific permission so that it is visible to the employee in the training module.
On- & offboarding
- GraphQL and OData calls have been made available to request the boarding actions, so that IT departments (or others) can read out and process the outstanding tasks.
