In this release we have implemented a number of extensions to existing functionalities, these are listed below. Furthermore, there are also minor bug fixes in this release.
Delegations
- The delegation of responsibilities as a manager has been expanded so that this can also be set on the modules "talent & succession" and "recruitment".
Populations
- The functionality for filtering the employees that are visible to an admin user has been expanded to the following items:
- Boarding > Actions
- Boarding > Reports
- Talent & succession: manage talent pools
- Talent & succession: reviews
- Leave and absences > Calendar
- Leave and absences > Reports: only the calendar and leave requests reports
Performance Management
- Templates can be configured so that the start date is the current day of the performance management document. Furthermore, it is also possible to set the duration of the cycle in number of days and months instead of only in number of months.
Personnel administration
- All screens under the "Personal" tab have been adjusted to a new layout. The "Overview" screen under the "Personal" tab has been removed. Because we will add extra sections to the personnel file in the future, it is no longer possible to keep this overview page useful and clear.
- We have created a general overview page for all employee attachments under "Personnel administration > Documents". Uploading multiple documents is also available under that location under a new tab "Upload multiple files".
Training
- The integration with Microsoft Graph for sending Outlook Meeting Requests and synchronizing employee photos has been expanded. A link can now also be created at application level via Entra ID, in addition to the existing link with a user and password. You can find out how to configure this in this article.
- An improvement has been made for sending invitations when a room has been added to a date in the session. If the participants have already received the invitation and an additional participant is registered afterwards, only that additional participant will receive that invitation and not all participants.
Talent & succession
- The management of the talent pools has been adjusted. The filters now contain a multiple-choice list and the structure of the organizational chart is visible for the organizational units when using this filter.
- An additional filter "employee type" has been added to the management of the talent pools as well as to the advanced filters on the "reviews" page.
- The manager N+2 can also access the approved reviews of the employees who fall under his hierarchy in the organizational chart. If he also needs to be able to comment, he must be included in the approval flow of this module.
- A task will appear on the approver's dashboard when a review needs to be completed/approved.
Leave and absences
- The export to Acerta with the leave requests and monthly calendars has been improved and expanded.
