Added overview page where employees can access their labour deal counters/training rights. Managers also get to consult this overview page for their team members.
Added additional report "labour deal counters" to be able to consult the overview of labour deal/training right counters for all employees. This report can also be activated for managers.
Added filter on the "all training data (session)" report to limit dates with a chosen start and end date.
